But, in order not to harm yourself, it is best to start the swimming season at an air temperature not lower than 20 – 22 °, and water – 18 – 20 °.
Practically healthy people can bathe two or three times a day with a break of three to four hours. It is recommended to swim not earlier than one hour after a light breakfast and two to three hours after lunch. Continue reading
