Sleep

First of all, try to adjust the regime of the day, do not allow in the work of assault, rummaging, which inevitably leads to overexertion, stress. Try in any weather at least half an hour, walk before bedtime. and if you can’t make yourself, get a dog, you don’t want it, and you’ll have to go for a walk. Do not eat at night, ventilate the room where you sleep. Let these recommendations seem trivial to you, filled with teeth, but do not reject them, as they say, from the threshold. Make up your mind and follow them for at least a month. And you, I am sure, will feel relief, become calmer, more balanced. And this, in turn, normalizes and sleep.

There is another excellent tool. which will help to overcome insomnia without drugs, if it is, of course, not caused by any disease. This is a point massage.

If you are very tired in a day, first of all try to get tiredness with a point massage. Perhaps this alone will be enough to get rid of insomnia and a healthy sleep.

With a general fatigue, the points located on the hands are massaged, first on one hand, then on the other.

FIRST POINT – symmetrical (see picture), located to the inside of the corner of the nail bed of the little finger of the brush. Massaging, pressing with your thumb or forefinger for 2-3 minutes, until a slight soreness appears.

SECOND POINT – symmetrical, located outwards from the corner of the nail bed of the little finger of the brush. Massaging with your thumb or index finger for 2-3 minutes until a slight soreness appears. You can simultaneously massage both points, clasping your little finger with your index finger and thumb.
THIRD POINT is symmetrical, is located on the middle finger of the hand 3 millimeters down from the corner of the nail bed from the side of the index finger. Massaging with your thumb for 2-3 minutes until a slight pain appears.

The FOURTH POINT is symmetrical, located on the back surface of the hand, in the skin fold between the thumb and index fingers: if you spread your fingers, then from the skin fold, one centimeter to the base of the hand. Massage for 3 minutes with your thumb, applying sensitive pressure. It happens, and often, sleep is hindered by pain in the legs weary during the day. Do not be lazy to do a point massage. First, in a sitting position, massage a point on one leg. then on the other.

FIRST POINT – symmetrical, located on the plantar surface of the foot. When the toes of the foot are bent, a fossa is formed, in the center of which this point is determined. Massage for 5 minutes with your index finger, kneading, until you feel the heat.

SECOND POINT – symmetrical, located 3 millimeters inwards from the inner corner of the nail bed of the big toe. Massaging with your thumb for 2-3 minutes, pressing down, until a slight soreness appears.

THIRD POINT – symmetrical, located between the Achilles tendon and the outer ankle, at the level of its center. Massage for 3 minutes with a slight pressure of the thumb.

FOURTH POINT – symmetrical. located on the foot under the inner ankle. on the border of the back and plantar surfaces. Massage for 3 minutes with light rotational movements.

FIFTH POINT – symmetrical, located in the center of the sole between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones. Massage for 3 minutes with your index finger, stretching the dot.

SEVENTH POINT – symmetrical. is located between the 1st metatarsal bone and the main phalanx of the thumb, on the border of the back and plantar surfaces. Massage for 5 minutes by gently pressing the index finger.

EIGHT POINT – symmetrical. Its location can be determined as follows: place the palm of the right hand on the knee of the half-bent right leg, placing the middle finger on the protruding crest of the tibia. The pad of the ring finger, pressed to the middle, will indicate the desired point. Massage your index finger for 5 minutes with clockwise rotation. After acupressure, perform a general light foot massage until you feel warm.

If this complex of acupressure does not help normalize sleep, try performing a massage designed specifically to combat insomnia. This is again a sleep disorder. caused by functional disorders, but not any disease!

The effect is higher if the massage is performed by someone from the family members, but the self-massage is sufficiently effective.

FIRST POINT – asymmetrical, located on the face between the eyebrows. Massage the index finger for 3 minutes with light pressure: movement, as when pressing on the bell button.

SECOND POINT – symmetrical, located on the arm, if the arm is bent at the elbow as much as possible, then at the end of the fold at the side of the thumb. Massaging thumb for 5 minutes, pressing sensitively.

THIRD POINT – symmetrical, located on the dorsum of the hand in the middle between the thumb and index fingers: if you spread your fingers, then from the skin fold one centimeter to the base of the hand. Massage the index finger for 5 minutes with light rotational movements.

FOURTH POINT – symmetrical, located on the shin, down and inwards from the head of the tibia bone, immediately in the recess below it Massage for 5 minutes with the index finger, while the middle finger lies on the nail bed of the index finger. Pressure sensitive.

Massage the points in the sequence shown here. First, try to influence only the first point, it is possible that this alone will help to establish a dream. If not, start massaging the second one, and then complete the whole complex.
